1. Agreement

By using Domfly you agree to these terms. Domfly is operated by Domfly LLC. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Domfly builds and hosts websites. Depending on your plan we either give you an editor to build a site yourself, or we build and maintain a site for you. Projects marked Managed by Domfly are ones we run on your behalf; they have no editor for you to use.

3. Your account

Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

4. Your content

Whatever you publish through Domfly remains yours. You give us permission to store and serve it so that we can host your site, and nothing more. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, and for it being lawful.

5. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. The price and renewal date shown on your project are the ones we bill. You can update your card or cancel at any time using Update Subscription, which opens Stripe’s billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the site stays up until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods unless we have got something wrong — if we have, tell us and we will put it right.

6. Our side of it

We aim to keep your site up and your data safe, and to give you reasonable notice before anything changes that affects you. We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully, or that puts the service or other customers at risk.

7. Ending it

You can cancel whenever you like. If you want your content removed as well, ask and we will delete it. We may end an account for the reasons in section 6, and will tell you why.

8. Liability

Domfly is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Domfly LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so by email rather than quietly editing this page.
